Background
Local Involvement Networks (LINks) have been set up in every area of the country
to give people a stronger voice in health and social care services.
Membership of your local LINk is free and by joining you will have the opportunity to share your ideas and experiences and to really influence the way that health and social care services operate in your local area. Click the links below to visit the website of your local LINk:
Regional LINk Network?
On July 15 2009, members and host staff from all 12 Regional LINks came together at the Stadium of Light for a Regional LINks Conference. The aim of the day was to discuss if there was a need for a Regional LINk Network, and if so, what the function and structure of this would be.
A conference report has now been produced and can be downloaded here:

- Conference Report (Word version)
The future of a Regional LINk Network is still open to debate. Contact your local LINk (details below) for more information and how to have your say.
